I've not heard of ManHunt or ManHunt2, but while I'm not into banning, maybe there are games that are just a bit morally reprehensible. Like that one designed to kill JFK like Lee Harvey Oswald did in Dallas. Maybe it shouldn't be banned, but it was kinda tasteless.

Sounds like it might be a pretty tasteless game. Then again, there's no accounting for taste as far as video games go.

Sometimes "killing people" works better in abstract terms, as in when you are flying in a plane and you are trying to shoot another plane down. It's essentially killing a person or persons there, too, except the mind sees it as trying to shoot down a plane.

I haven't played any of the manhunt games. I have played GTA and loved it. If I get bored enough I'll go on a spree and see how I can get with a 5 star wanted level.

What is the nature of this game? I find it odd that an online game can be banned for gamers to play.

the original game was a gorey game. ManHunt 2 from the looks of it, will outdo the first, and word is that it is going to get an "AO" rating. That will scare off lots of gamers, but some people will have interest due to the notoriety it is getting.
