Hello World.
I play live with a virtual band (if you are interested www.myspace.com/professionalteenagers ). The band consists of 3 video projectors and me. Each projector projects one musician (me in disguise) playing. One is the guitarist, one is the drummer and the other one is the bass player. Those 3 videos are syncronised. Being a Java programer I wrote java code using JMF (java media framework) to synchronise the videos. It works ok but has a few draw back. 1) Java eats cpu like hell and running 3 good quality video together is extremely demanding. 2) Java doesn't seem to use dual or quad core cpu so I went for the bigest single processor cpu I could get (3.8ghz intel) and even with that I am limited to prety low quality videos before I hit the cpu ceiling. My question is. Is it possible in flash to syncronise 3 independent videos played simultaneously? If yes any direction to what I should look into to do so would be very appreciated as I have no previous flash experience at all. Thanks for any help, Fred |

k, I guess this is the right place to ask my question:
Should I create a new topic for each video I wanna post here or rather open one topic and post in there a few videos? just to avoid forum clutter Thanks : |

best thing would be check your flash videos on different friends computers. and see on which they work best. then you can buy the pc with same specifications.
